If you book two weeks or more, we offer a 10% discount on the second week and successive weeks of your stay.

  In low season bookings must be a  minimum of  2  nights stay

On the following holidays: Easter and New Year's day bookings must be a  minimum of  3 nights stay.

Apartments marked with (S):  in middle-high and high season, bookings must  be  weekly ,  minimum  7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (EXCEPT LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS)

Apartments marked with (D): in middle-high and high seasonn, bookings must be weekly,  minimum  7 nights, from Sunday to Sunday  (EXCEPT LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS)

  Prices include: weekly change of bedding and towels for both apartments and rooms, daily cleaning of rooms and once weekly cleaning for apartments, final cleaning service (except kitchen corner and crockery) , TV,  gas, lighting, water, heating, use of barbecue equipment, mountain bikes, parking, swimming pool, sun lounging area, children's play area, internet wireless connection. All this is reserved to the exclusive use of our guests.

! Internet wi-fi is available in outdoor spaces near to the reception !

Children: Accommodation is free for children under the age of  3 who share their parent’ s bed or have a portable bed of their own.
Baby’s beds, including bed linen, are available on request for the price of 15 euros per week

Additional child's bed  ( 03-15 years) euros 55 per week/ euros 9 per night

Additional adult's bed: euros 105 per week / euros 16 per night 

Air conditioning: in the apartment marked with (*) air conditioning is avilable on request at the extra cost of Euro 0,20 per hour. In "Il Cedro" apartment (**)  air conditioning is avialable on request at the extra cost of Euro 0,50 per hour.

Pets: Dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are perfectly healthy, they do not disturb the other guests and can get on with the other dogs and cats living in the estate. Dogs must always be accompanied by their owners wherever they go, kept on a leash, and in particular, must never be left alone in the apartments or rooms.
At the end of the stay, the apartment/room will be disinfected with the dog and cat owner's contribution of 10 euros.

 Extra services: disinfection of the apartment if customers have kept a pet during their stay: 10 euros/ For unwashed or unwiped crockery : 10 euros.  /  Washing machine available: with soap powder 4 euros per wash; 3 euros per wash without soap powder. /Extra cleaning (on request): for one-room apartments 15 euros; for two-roomed apartments  with 1 bathroom 20 euros; for two-roomed apartments 2 bathrooms and La Mimosa apartment 25 Euros; for three-roomed apartments 30 euros/   Extra change of bed linen and towels (on request): single bed linen 6 euros, double bed linen 12 euros ; towel 3 euros per person.
