Prices includes: weekly change of bedding and towels, once weekly cleaning for apartments, daily cleaning for bedrooms, final cleaning service (cleaning does not include the kitchen area or crockery), TV, gas, lighting, water, heating, use of barbecue equipment, bicycles, parking, swimming pool, sun lounging area and children's play area, internet WI-FI. All this is reserved for the exclusive use of our guests.
Children: accommodation is free for children under the age of 3 who share their parent’s bed or have a portable bed of their own. Baby’s beds, including bed linen, are available on request for the price of 15 Euros per week.
Additional child's bed (3-12 yrs): 9 Euros per day - 55 Euros per week.
Additional adult's bed: 20 Euros per day - 120 Euros per week.
Air conditioning: in the apartments marked with ❄️¸ air conditioning is avilable on request at the extra cost from € 0.30 to 0.60 per hour. You can see in the apartment detail page the actual AC tariff.
Pets: dogs and cats are allowed, provided they are perfectly healthy, do not disturb the other guests and can get on with the other dogs and cats living on the estate. Dogs must always be accompanied by their owners wherever they go, kept on a leash, and must never be left alone in the apartments or rooms. At the end of the stay, the apartment/room will be disinfected with the dog and/or cat owner's contribution of 15 Euros.
Extra Services: Disinfection of the apartment if the customer has kept a pet with them during their stay: 15€/ For unwashed or unwiped crockery: 20€/ Washing machine available: with soap powder 6€ per wash or 5€ per wash without soap powder/ Extra cleaning (on request): for one-room apartments 30€; for two-roomed apartments with 1 bathroom 45€; for two-roomed apartments with 2 bathrooms and three-roomed apartments 60€/ Extra change of bed linen and towels (on request): single bed linen 6€, double bed linen 12€; towels 5€ per person.
