Die Preise umfassen: wöchentlichen Wäschewechsel, tägliche Reinigung des Doppelzimmers, Wochen- und Endreinigung der Wohnungen (ausgenommen Kochnische und Geschirr), Wasser, Licht, Gas, Heizung, Farbfernseher, Barbecue für das Grillen im Freien, Fahrräder, Autoparkplatz, ausgestatteten Swimmingpool, Solarium, Spielecke, Wireless-Internetanschluss. Alles nur den Gästen vorbehalten.
Kinder: Die Kinder unter 3 Jahren, die mit den Eltern schlafen oder die das eigene Kinderbett mitbringen, sind gratis. Auf Wunsch stehen Kinderbetten komplett mit Wäsche und Handtücher zum Pauschalpreis von € 15 pro Woche zur Verfügung (auf Bestellung).
Zusatzbett für Kinder von 3 bis 12 Jahren: € 55,00 pro Woche - € 9,00 pro Nacht
Zusatzbett für Erwachsene: € 120,00 pro Woche - € 20,00 pro Nacht.
Die Klimaanlage ist in Wohnungen mit ❄️ markiert verfügbar. Der Preis reicht von 0,30 bis 0,60 € pro Stunde (die Verfügbarkeit bei der Buchung überprüfen).
Tiere (Hunde und/oder Katzen): Sie sind nach vorheriger Absprache mit der Direktion willkommen. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes wird das/die Zimmer/Wohnung einer Hygienisierungsbehandlung zum Pauschalpreis von € 15 unterzogen.
Extra-Serviceleistungen: Nachreinigung am Ende des Aufenthalts wegen anwesender Tiere € 15/ Für nicht gespültes und/oder nicht abgetrocknetes Geschirr werden € 20 in Rechnung gestellt/ Verfügbare Waschmaschine: € 6 pro Waschgang mit Waschmittel; € 5 pro Waschgang ohne Waschmittel/
